#asktheexpert my baby is 4months old and he is feeling itching the head.is it ok ? elders in the home are telling to head bath every day and keep oil everyday .and they are supposed to peel it off from the head

Actually the child is having cradle cap in the scalp which is why the child is scratching which is completely normal and this it’s regularly oil shampoo and brush the hair the scalp is going to be clean and after you get the head of your child shaved off it is going to go away completely so till the time the weather is favourable you can wash the hair every day otherwise twice in the week or thrice in the week you can regularly
