#AskTheExpert my baby is 4months he is not able to sleep proper every 20min she is woke up and demand milk. this is happen last 10days. even she is not sleeping in day

Please make sure your breast milk supply is enough for.her
leptadene tablets are good ayurvedic remedy for improving the breast milk supply
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
keep yourself Hydrated
don't use Demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
