#asktheexpert My baby is 4 & half month old and she likes to put her fingers in her mouth all the time , is it normal ??

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. helo after 3 months babies attain a milestone called mouthing where they take hands in mouth and then slowly everything will go to mouth. maintain hygiene rest all is normal.

Hello ma’am It is completely normal all kids behave like this at this age till the age of six months to one year but that’s considered completely normal you just have to keep taking the hand or finger out of the mouth every now and then and clean it properly to avoid any kind of infection
