#AskTheExpert My baby is 37 days old. I'm having flat nipples. My baby does not latch on it. I tried using breast pump, it doesn't pull out nipples. I also tried nipple shield, but my doctor adviced not to use it. Can I make my husband suck the nipple, so that it comes out?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is not able to take proper breastfeeding because of the flat nipples you can use nipple shield and also consult your lactational expert to guide you properly regarding this
