##asktheexpert My baby is 3 months old.Since I don't have sufficient milk supply iam giving him Lactogen 1 as supplementary. Can I start giving Avain milk (Blue packet)as supplement instead of lactogen 1??

no mam,
you can not switch the formula without consulting your pediatrician.
but as mother's milk is best food for a child,here I suggest some remedies which will help in this:
breastfeeding work on demand and supply.
so offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk .
stay stress free.
