#asktheexpert my baby is 3 months old. I have tried like everything for my breast milk still i have to feed him min 3 times a day formula. Still i do not have full flush of milk.

A. See you don’t have to blame yourself for anything honestly a lot of women do not know despite of no matter how hard you try sometimes you cannot make sufficient amount of milk and that is genetically with some women and that’s very normal
