#asktheexpert.my baby is 3 months old,I dnt have enough milk,can u tell me what to do for that so that I can breastfeed my baby well

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist10 months agoA. Start taking a protein diet on a daily basis and increase your water intake to 3 L but if the mill supply is not sufficient, you might have to resort to formula at that time you can do mixed feeding
