Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 3 months old, I breastfeed her but it's not enough for her so I also give formula milk, now I am not able to understand what quantity I should give her formula... but the doctor says how should I know that breastfeed is not enough for her... but I am confused between what quantity of formula milk should I give her when I am breastfeeding her too. ?? kindly suggest I am too much in this nd I am loosing my breastfeed because of this tension 😢

A. So if you are breastfeeding your child and giving formula are you giving it at the same time back to buy for you maintaining a wrap of the two or three hours like one feeding you are giving breastfeeding and when you’re giving formula that you have not mentioned so what you do is now in this age a child can easily have around 90 ML of milk so you give your breastfeeding and then you give immediately if you have to give 30 ML of milk and if your child is still demanding more than 30 more so probably this way you’ll have a fair idea about the diet and appetite of your child
