A. The baby is suffering from mild symptoms of cold and there is any associated sound coming while feeding or while sleeping it should be taken care of by following measures like nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops which are safe even if used multiple times in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions overy gently . steam inhalation will also be greatly helpful in this case.' if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician ,if any further treatment is required for this.
