A. Hello good morning !! Didn't mention about birth weight if born between 2-3 kg no need to worry weight is fine. Generally babies increase weight 400-700 gm per month. Exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested untill 5 completed months feed frequently every two hours and check your milk supply if on Breastfeed whether baby getting enough feed and sleep (13-17 hours a day). Sleep impacts growth harmone.
