#asktheexpert My baby is 2yrs old. He is weak and under weight. How can i improve his weight and health ? What all can i add to his diet?

A. Hello mom just opt for healthy high calorie foods such as you can give some milk shake made with fresh fruits , stuff paranthas such as with potatoes or panner etc , dry fruits and nuts. Panner , ghee , dals and legumes , whole eggs etc
