Early morning and night before sleep is good as it induce sleep.
Along with milk include fruit vegetables, Cereals, dry fruits and nuts powder,dairy products to meet calcium requirement.
According to your availability cow milk or buffalo milk but check suitability some might get Constipation due to cow milk.
Cow milk contains less fat thin in texture whereas buffalo milk contains more fat you can also dilute it with Water.
