Q.
#AskTheExpert my baby is 29 days old. he is not having a deep sleep in night. he feeds every hour for just 5-7 mins and falls asleep. but keeps moving not at all in deep sleep. even if swaddled, tries to take out hands. he cries in intervals passes some gas, and sleeps. what can be done

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry fr just give f a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

your child has Colic problem.
so please burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
as a child is crying because of it , use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child Which provide instant relief in stomach pain
give Massage to your child daily.
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands
move your child legs in cycling motions.
