#AskTheExpert my baby is 26 days old he was born with jaundice but dr. advice no need to take phototherapy and was taken home but i guess he still have jaundice so how do we know he ha no more jaundice at home

A. @Rafiya of course we did the test when we was at hospital at the time of his birth at dt tym the dr told us his biluribin levl ws low n no need to do photothrpy so ws cnfused wdr his jaundc hv alrdy gon or still hvng

A. My son was also diagnosed with high jaundice after his birth. He was on phototherapy after his blood test showed high jaundice level which was 18.Blood test need to be done to know if the phototherapy is required or not.kindly get the blood test done to know the bilirubin level of your child.Also consult your local dr regarding the same.
