A. hello...for prevention of jaundice in baby make sure u put babybin sun light every morning...This could be eczema which has red dots or spot ... itchy patches on the skin, often seen on the baby's chest, arms, legs, face, elbows, and behind the knee which is caused by dry, sensitive skin, and sometimes allergies (although it can be difficult at this age to know what the trigger might be...like bedsheet pillows blanket etc washed in detergent which is not baby friendly use Dettol wash all...use no oil on face change soap immediately
