Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 22 days old. I am feeding him breast milk and formula milk too. can you please advice, is there any time interval to be followed between both feed.

A. it is always advisable to feed exclusively mothers feeding to the baby after six months if mother's milk is not sufficient you can give formula milk immediately after mother milk d no problem

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Wash hands often Maintain hygiene
