RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Write Your Answer Here Yes a little underweight a child should be somewhere on 13 KG is as of now so definitely your child has about 3 1/2 KG is underweight and that’s a matter of concern I would advise you to consult a nutritionist regarding this one
