#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 year 3 month old she speak some words clearly like mom dad nani dadi but when she try speck sentence that time her pronounciation is not clear.

A. My 2 year old baby girl not speak so much,she understand everything and follow every command.some 2 word sentences also like kaha hai papa,kaha hai mumma,kya hua,let’s go.she also tell what she want like water,milk,cookies,ice cream etc but not able to talk everything.she is very active.she remember everything what she see like she help me to load and unload the dishwasher,she even know how to measure BP with BP machine(she saw that in clinic),want to say understand everything now try to say everything but everything is not clear now she always ask what is this?we blessed with second child last month ,now she start crying for everything,not liking cooker noise say off the gas by finger.not drinking milk by bottle want only breastfeeding.she cried all the time.sometime she try to hit her little sister sometime she love her so much.before she is very happy girl.how to encourage her to speak and how to handle her tantrums?

A. it is ok for the baby .Speech to become clear takes time . Initially baby can only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time like mobile screen. Speech therapy can be taken for same .
