Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 2 months old. she is not gaining much wait. she is on breastfeeding. what should I do? should I give formula milk to her?

A. Hello mom massage your breast well after every feed and you may apply warm compress, take healthy diet such as add in garlic, flax seeds. dry fruits and nuts, milk, panjiri, drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, also you may take jeera, saunf or ajwain water, oats as well

A. hi if your child weighs around 3.6 kg or above then no need to worry although for Healthy weight gain,feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which definitely help to increase your child weight
