#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 months old now and he is passing green stool everyday. I am feeding him nan pro 1 formula milk ..plus breast milk ..but he takes formula milk more than breast milk.. can u help me understanding why is he passing green stool and how can I overcome this

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.
.It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.
also your baby is on formual milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time do check with your paedritician once..
