ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. thats too early ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

Because The kids do not smile before the age of 3 to 3 1/2 months after the learn to see and that is when they can give a social smile to everybody but that after the age of 3 to 3 1/2 months not before that so you are expecting it out of your child a little too early I believe
