#AskTheExpert My baby is 2 and half month old and she got vaccination during cold is that any problem? And how to hand this vaccination pain? How many days vaccine pain harm my baby?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 months old now no cold shall not aggravate die to vaccine.post vaccine apply ice at site of injection and give paracteamol drops to relieve pain

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. no harm at all. if it wasn't safe doctor himself would not have given the vaccination. the pain due to vaccination will subside in a day or 2. you can give paracetamol as oer the dosage suggested by the doctor in case of too much pain and discomfort. you can apply cold compress over the site of injection for a few minutes each time. you can fo this 2 to 3 times. this will give relief.
