#asktheexpert My baby is 2.8 months old. she is asking for milk during night times and crying whenever I refuse to give her. Any suggestions please?

A. Say "no," and offer distractions. Try reading a book while holding your baby on your lap. ... Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. ... Let someone else take care of your baby for a few days.
