Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for such a small child regular breastfeeding along with nasal saline drops is more than enough for decreasing simple cough and cold and you can go for any brand of nasal saline drops and it can be given every three hourly also
