Hello mom their current diet should be all usual family foods now, no much restrictions as such for them now, you may instead give them food from your plate, give cows milk , panner, also add ghee to their meals, soak dry fruits and nuts and be given eggs, if preffered, also fresh fruit and milk shakes as well.
