#AskTheExpert My baby is 18 months old. She can’t yet walk independently, and does not show the willingness to walk independently. I don’t know how to make her confident to walk independently.

Hi mommy By age of one year baby learn to walk with support Make it habit to walk regular Give calcium supplements vitamins supplements Many baby has late milestone of walking It will correct soon do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
