Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 18 months old now .her weight is 9.5 kg and height is 77 cm.as per Dr. she is underweight so he prescribe some vitamins for growth .but my problem is when i started the vitamins to her she skips her diet even some days she don't eat anything properly. wat should i do in this situation?some people said it happens because of vitamins as she gain her requirements through that . should i stop to give the vitamins?plz suggest.

A. No Multivitamins are really very important and you should definitely continue with multivitamin also at the same time I’m going to advise you to go ahead with iron supplement also your child should be a minimum 11 KG now which is why your doctor must have stated that the child is underweight
