Q.

@asktheexpert my baby is 18 months old and her vaccination for 18 months was due which was Hib, dtap and ipv and I went to govt centre for vaccination. They told me that they have dtap and opv only and hib will be taken from pvt hospital. So they have given dtap to my baby but now my paed is saying that alone hib vaccine is not coming and he has penta vaccine which is combination of dtap and hib. As dtap already tiven so now he cant give hib as he dont have single hib. Pls suggest what should I do?

A. You can get the pan vaccination done it’s not a problem but you just check with your doctor if it is not going to have any words effect because you’ve already gotten done one vaccination previously as far as I know it is not going to make any difference but check with your paediatrician before you go for the vaccination
