#AskTheExpert My Baby is 17 m old and she has breastmilk. I was thinking of introducing formula milk or cow milk now. Is it necessary or it can be avoided

A. hello now since the baby is 17 m old you can now start your child with full cream cow's milk which should be good and helps in the growth of your child and cows milk is absolutely a good option for kids after the child complete one year as it is rich in calcium
