these days it is quite common in the babies to have less hunger and also summer season may be a reason for that. give the child with more amount of fruits which will be usually liked by the kids and also it is nutritious during summer.
below are the some things which you can follow for a 1 year old child by giving different things daily e and more energy giving food
this stage baby will be very active so it's always little difficult to gain weight.
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
