A. Ideal weight of a 14 months old baby girl should be between 10-11.5 kgs depending on birth weight and eating patterns. Your baby's weight is not very less but can be increased by invluding fat and protein rich foods alongwith variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. To help baby show interest, try not to force feed and make eating a funtime. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup from brands like Babyhug feeding range in different shapes and colors. Keep giving finger foids to develop chewing habits.
