#asktheexpert My baby is 13: months old, he is only breastfeeding plus three times mealsv but not taking cow milk is that enough for him?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. For now it's ok as his milk requirement is taken care through Breastfeeding. But u may slowly start giving cows milk. Start with few spoons on the first day. Continue it for two more days. If ur baby tolerates it then gradually increase the amount. Also introduce cows milk in other forms like chapathi, idly or dosa or rice in milk like that. But never expect the baby to drink one glass of milk on the first go. It will take time.
