Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 13 months my she nvr had any formula since birth.. now my milk is not coming sufficient amount.. I want to give her formula or any milk alternatives plz suggest what to give her in place of breast milk.

A. hello now since the child as completed one year it is not necessary to give infant formula milk and you can be given your child full cream cow milk which would be good and also safe for the growth of the baby and absolutely nothing to worry about
