#asktheexpert my baby is 13 month old and she is waking up at night for feed for 3-4 time as she is not hungry might be because we feed khichadi in the dinner she is soothing her to back to sleep how to stop this

You should give proper OT Sabzi to the child for dinner and then make your child sleep if your child is hungry before sleeping then give milk and make your child sleep it’s normal for a child to wake up twice or thrice in the night to take feed and this age also
