#AskTheExpert My baby is 11months Old. I planned to give aavin milk. Please suggest me the right time and Let me know shall I give boost instead of milk

you can give buffalo milk or packed milk or formula.
you can give normal diet.
avoid cow milk and honey before one.
no boost or other drink

As ur baby is almost one year old now, yes u can give packet milk to ur baby.
Secondly
health drinks like bounvita pediasure horlicks boost etc are not recommended for the babies below two years.
