#AskTheExpert My baby is 11 months old and weight is 10 kg. He has low growth & density of hairs. What to be done?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom check his weight as per his birth weight which tend to double by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year.
For hair , also check with the family genes m as well, apart from this good care and good protein diet is helpful , such as variety of dals , dry fruits and nuts , legumes like chana , rajma etc , millets , fruits and vegetables
