Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 11 months old and not yet teething. he quite often rubbing his ear ,we get it checked with 2 different paediatrician and all were like ear are ok.so why he is rubbing his ear,it happened mostly during sleep time ,meal time,going to sleep. kindly suggest

A. hii dr my baby is now 10months 2weeks old...she is standing..but still she is not started walking cn u suggest best food ??or any other else

A. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal. if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it. x do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity. external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth. treatment is givenx only if the child is crying with pain while itching. for pain you can give paracetamol
