Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 11 months old and he has got his first teeth before a week .. he’s not interested eating at all .. he’s only having BM & Juices ..!! He’s totally rejecting all foods .. kindly let me know is this normal ? And what s the way to keep his weight needs balanced in this phase

A. during teething there is loss of appetite due to which kids tend to wat and drink less. make sure not to force feed and give more of fluids and smoothies

A. As long as your baby is drinking fluids, the reduced appetite is not a concern. It's OK, and normal, for babies to eat a bit less during teething. Just keep offering food and your baby will feed again when the pain is gone
