Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 11 month and was born with absent thyroid gland. Treatment was started on 3rd day with 37.5 mg tablet. Still having same dose . resently she is 8.5kg. She sweats a lot at night .Is it ok to sweat so much for a baby ? due to covid we couldn't consult our pediatrician ,can you plsss suggest if it ok for her.

A. it is necessary in such a case to completely examine n evaluate, only then it will be possible to give you proper suggestions and treatment about it so please consult your pediatrician for further guidance and to clear all querieess in details.

A. hell9 mom at this age its quite normal that child is having sweating specifically during night time make ur baby wear cotton clothes keep him in well ventilated room keep him hydrated but make sure that mdose u r giving should be revised by doctor from time to time
