Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 months old, I started solid food's for her..but she is little bit thin.. what I should give her for to gain weight..? suggest me.

A. hi j Give khichdi, daliya, upma, curd rice all in mashed form. add veggies, give fruit purees. better to give more fruits, veggies ,instead of sweets  as children don't have much likes and dislikes at this age. so they accept variety of flavors.

A. I I’d like to tell you just continue with the food that you are giving to the child your child is going to pick up the weight over the period it’s very important to give proper diet to the child that only helps in return of gaining weight proteins you can be introduced in good amount to the child
