#asktheexpert my baby is 10 months old and from the last 4 days not peeing at bed time. Count of urine throughout the day is more than 6 times but at night where the diapers were used to get full are now nearly empty. Is it normal or a cause of concern?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly and also sometimes babies stop peeing at night and if baby pee count should be above 6-8 times a day then no need to get panic. Thanks and take care

Q. Since yesterday, My baby diaper is not full at night and when he is active then only he pees. In a day time also, he is peeing 4-5 times only( data noted for 1 day ) Also, he is sleeping at a stretch of 4-5 Hrs in night and wakes for feed only then again sleep in night. Please suggest what is the normal peeing count and What could be the reason of suddenly decrease in peeing count. He is currently 6 months 10 days and exclusively on breastfeed.
