#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 month old ..its birth weight is 2.7 ..what should its minimum weight

A. It Should be somewhere round 9 KG as of now see because either it should be three times of the birth weight by the age of 12 which is going to be extremely less in the child’s case and minimum we personally believe as per WHO also the 10 KG is considered quite a healthy weight gain for a 12 month old child to 9 KG would be appropriate as of now

Hi At six months weight should be double to birth weight Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
