#asktheexpert my baby is 1 years should I start toned milk or mix of formula and toned pls guide . what all I can add to increase his immunity and weight

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can give both and introduce whole milk at one time and that too in small quantity and check response of the baby and if baby accepts it well then gradually increase its quantity take care

You cannot make formula with anything so this is the right age for you to go for cows milk buffaloes milk full cream packet milk even Tone pasteurised as milk if you want you can go for that also it’s not a problem all these things are healthy option at about 20% of water into it when you introduce it to milk Write Your Answer Here
