A healthy diet for your 1 year old baby should consist of a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk including recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
