Q.
#AskTheExpert my baby is 1 year old. he is tickling badly into his ears which end up poking his little grown nails harming his ears making it red red.. how to stop him n why he was doing it ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in this query it is not possible to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical examination. in certain cases it is more recommended to get the clinical examination done by a doctor for assessment before taking any treatment so please visit your doioctor once. as well as partial self medication will not be so helpful and can even be harmful also

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your dojctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi see if anything is disturbing him. if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
