#asktheexpert my baby is 1 year old.. but when I try to give him egg nonveg he couldn't digest it.. when I give him such a foods he gets stomach pain cries in pain.. he can't even eat banana.. what to do mam

his dihestivevsystem is still not mature to digest complex protien.
try non veg soup, egg yolk in littke amount.
add basic spices in little amount to help for digesion.
