Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 1 year now. his skin is dry . the dryness is more on his legs . dryness is not on whole body but mostly on legs, cheeks and hands .whats the remedy to heal dry skin? Can you suggest any lotions which will be helpful

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
