#AskTheExpert my baby is 1 year now and everyone is asking to stop breastfeeding my baby does not sleep without breastfeed and requires throughout the night by each 2 hrs please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to continue breastfeeding for at least two years of age but at the same time it is also advisable to give not more than 500 ml milk per day

See He is completely your choice if you want to quit breastfeeding or you want to continue breastfeeding don’t listen to what others are saying just go ahead with whatever is comfortable to you if you are comfortable feeding your child then go ahead feeding for another 5 to 6 months otherwise you can do it right now also you can start with bottle feet
