try developing the food interest hv meal together
set the meal plan
breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam dosa idly
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as veg cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
