RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Maybe Your child got hurt somewhere by falling down or something maybe which is why there is swelling into the forehead and if nothing like that has happened in past 2 to 3 days then you should be immediately consulting your doctor for the check up
